History of the NXW Championship!
New Experience Wrestling
April 14, 2013
New Experience Wrestling was founded in 2013 by one of Premier Championship Wrestling's core superstars, Jay Walker. Based in Somerset, Mb, NXW was designed to bring family-friendly professional wrestling to rural locations all over Manitoba.
NXW has been featured in Somerset, Altona, Dauphin, Winnipeg, Swan River, Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitou, Oak Bluff and others and featured such renowned talent as Bret Hart, Jimmy Hart, MENTALLO, The Honkytonk Man and many more.
Led by Walker, NXW provided many young wrestlers their first opportunity to main event major wrestling shows and included talent from several promotions across Canada.
The NXW Championship is recognized by PCW and has been defended on several live PCW events as well as been featured on co-branded joint PCW/NXW shows!
